Leafs are going to be running a 21 man roster to start the season, you might as well come to terms with it.

Travis Dermott isn't a good 3rd line player never mind putting him on the second.

Why would COL do that? Had Kerfoot once and I love the guys heart but there is no way COL is doing that at all.

I don’t see why Toronto would want him back. He has proven it was the right decision to trade him away based off his consistent lack of availability in the playoffs.

Thats not fair or accurate. He has incredible gap control and mobility when he chooses to use it. He’s a good and underrated 3rd pair dman… I do agree that I’d be a bit nervous to play him 2nd pair minutes.

Also just realized Dermott isn’t even on the 2nd line in this lineup so I have no idea what you’re talking about lmfao

He must have changed it because he had him on the second line. Dermott is a puck chaser and rule #1 is play the player not the puck. He's constantly a problem in his own zone and refuses to fix that issue.

So Sakic is just going to give away the Avs 2C for Toronto's misfits/spare parts? Naaah
