I’d probably ask for a conditional 4th that could go up to a 3rd based on games played or another metric.

Stenlund is sneaky good, particularly on the PP. He’s unfortunately just gotten lost in the mix with CBJ. Too many Bottom-6 guys fighting for time.

With the progression of everyone else, I’d be fine with a 4th at this point. I mean I would push for a conditional third but I would take the 4th on its own. Too many people passing him, and or make him redundant. Guys like dunne are already a better 4th line option and stenlund isn’t good enough for too 6.

Yeah, you ain’t wrong. Stenlund just always bummed me out - feels like if he had come over a year or so earlier, he could’ve established himself on the roster. Still feel like he could definitely be a good B6 option for someone else.

I wanted him to be so good. But it just wasn’t meant to be.
