We do not need a 3c asap, Evans/Poehling is fine at 3c, also CBJ doesn't part ways with Jenner and I'm not sure we want to add that long term salary, plus what do we do when Byron comes back?

CBJ can send you Stenlund. He’s younger, cheaper, two years control, and has shown a sneaky upside. A solid bottom-6 forward who has just gotten lost in the mix with CBJ over the last few years.

Poehling finished at 58% on faceoffs which is good. He only finished -1 when pretty much the entire team played poorly.

On top of that Evans is the 3rd line C. And he will grow into the positive. Remember Danault played poorly his first 2 years in Montreal, then well his last 4. Give Evans the same grace given to Danault. Plus he costs way less, thus freeing up valuable cap to sign Suzuki.
