Sorry man, there's nothing of value here except the first. BUF needs talented youth, and that's not Tychonick and Mandolese.
Tierney doesn't fit the mold, though BUF might take him for some veteran leadership for a year (and to help with the cap).
White is overpaid and signed long term......not what they're looking for.
Brannstrom has gone from a high end prospect to a middling guy with potential.

I get that Eichel is damaged goods, but Adams isn't letting anyone steal him for nothing.

Fair enough, what would you add to this that would make the offer acceptable to the sabers? maybe a ridly greig and a sens second round pick? Or even more?

I'd say take out White, Tychonick and Mandolese.
you can keep in Brannstrom, Tierney and the first.
Add one of Thomson, Greig or Formenton and maybe another pick.
It still might not be enough for BUF, but it's a better first offer to negotiate off of.

And honestly, I don't think Eichel is the answer for OTT, but there's not a whole lotta teams looking to move their #1 center.

Hmm okok, I just put white in here because ottawa might be facing cap issues in the future (if they get eichel) when they have to resign norris stuzle and sanderson. Yes, Eichel isn't the main need for ottawa right now, its probably a solid defender, but I mean, when is a top 20-15 superstar center available for cheaper than his real value?

OTT declines, Eichel not worth more than a 2nd right now with his injury and if he will ever recover to form with or without a surgery.

I understand the White thing, (agreed that OTT is gonna be up against the cap sooner rather than later), but I just can't see BUF taking him on as part of the deal, unless there is extra incentive included. That incentive would need to be another high pick or very good young prospect.

Lets be realistic here, when he is healthy he is one of the best centers in the league. Even though he is damaged goods, you still have to trade back good value. and a second round is kind of ridiculous since he isn't a rental that you are taking a risk on, he still has 5 years on his contract.

WHEN HEALTHY, he is not healthy right now, and needs surgery so he may not play at all this year, and no one knows HOW he we be after he is healthy again that is a crap ton of risk for a team trading for him.
