Marcus Foligno. He shot at a ridiculous rate last year, 25%, which caused him to put up points/60 along the lines of Draisaitl, Mackinnon and Point. He will regress.

Sami Blais. Same thing. 1 in 4 shots going in again? No.

Kasperi Kapanen. He got a lot more secondary assists than one should expect give his history. He will regress. Malkin being out for so long doesn't help him either.

Jacob Chychrun. Everyone with skill is gone from the lineup and he shot at a rather unsustainable rate for a defenseman, 10%.

Tyler Toffoli. He scored 8-9 more goals than expected last year and doesn't have a history out outperforming his expected shooting %. The chances he created weren't more difficult either, they just went in,

Joe Pavelski. Another player who outshot his expected % by a large margin. He also won't get the same opportunity with Seguin and Radulov healthy. Not to mention the age clock keeps on ticking.

Jason Spezza. For every single goal scored while he was on the ice, he had a point in. It led him to leading the Leafs in points/60. Not sustainable. And age.

Who is hyping Andreas Johnsson? Haha.
I don't do fantasy, but would imagine he was not good last year.
If anything he is probably a little underrated since coaches seem intent on stuffing him into our top-six.

Tbh i was just throwing random guys in here, I was just trying to find some guys that I think will regress. But I get what you mean I wont being using a pick on any of these guys even if they don't regress

Rask doesn't belong on this list. He'd have to be drafted before he could be considered a bust, and nobody is drafting him to begin with.

Kassian is most likely going to play better it was obvious that no fans was affected his play like he wasn't getting as emotionally involved in the game, but then again he is never touching McDavids line again. Keith hasn't looked to bad in the preseason, he is very poised.

Same thing with h Nelson because Nelson produces what is expected which is usually 1-3 fantasy points a night

I would caution away from guys that spent the off-season rehabbing injuries, some may flourish but others will be unable to do there usual training and behind where there they are at this time of year. A ton of hype on Mathews, but I would bet he gets off to a slower start with nagging wrist, hampering his off-season. Tavares would also be in that category.
