Can probably get him for less cause Buffalo keeps finding new and unexpected ways to lose leverage but I like it. I think most people have forgotten how talented Eichel is. If he can return to form (as you'd expect) it would be well worth the price.

If this is all it took it would be done already. Not sure what the other posters are talking about unless you edited the proposal.

Pull the trigger! I think any team would be lucky to have him. Some might look at him as cancer but him and Larks as #1 and #2 would be a pretty good combo. Throw in a horrible year and add in Shane Wright and oh boy!

I wouldn't trade the 22 1st for anything less than McDavid

Hell no, that 2022 1st round pick could be Shane Wright. It's probably at least a top 5 pick depending on what kind of season we have. Eichel probably wont even be playing this year. It's just way too much to give up for a guy with a injured neck.

Buffalo gets an unbelievable deal. Especially two tries at Wright.

Detroit is not a trade partner for Eichel.

A 2023 1st is more realistic than a 2022, but those players are underwhelming

Detroit will finish in the bottom 5 and there is no way Detroit gives away that 1st.
