Actually America is, and they’re also the burger capital of the world, but continue thinking what you’re thinking.

thats the kind of contract Eugene loves, 6.8m cap hit only 1m in actual salary.

But Phil wants to go to a contender, ottawa doesnt meet that criteria

Arizona and Phil both decline.

Arizona will want a quality prospect coming back the other way.

About the same quality as Pierre Olivier Joseph in Pittsburgh.

Phil has an 8 team trade list and there are 31 other teams.

That means there's between a 25% and 30% chance that Ottawa is on the list.

If you take into account where Ottawa is at as a team, that percent chance is a lot less.

As to which team to trade Phil, I would try three.

1. Vegas --- He is a part-time professional poker player at the World Series of Poker.

2. Pittsburgh --- He won back to back Cups there and Brian Burke is currently running things instead of Jim Rutherford.

3. Minnesota

--- He is from neighbouring Wisconsin

--- The Wild tried trading for him in 2019

--- He might have second thoughts about rejecting the Wild

--- The Wild is a much better hockey team under Bill Guerin than it was under Paul Fenton.
