You were obviously off cap friendly for a while. Boston traded for him like 5-6 months ago abd resigned him

2021 draft picks, and Hall being retained at 50% of his old contract - this one's been in your draft folder for awhile huh?

NSH declines - no room or need for those players. I'd trade Forsberg with retention for that Hall return at the deadline though.

Hall seemed pretty interested in Toronto from what's been said, he probably wouldn't have even cost that much.

But hindsight is 20/20. Can't say that Hall was objectively more valuable than Foligno when the trade happen, just an unfortunate injury.
