Description

Conditions on the Calgary picks are as follows

If Eichel plays 30 games regular season + playoffs in 2021-22 then the 22 2nd becomes CGY’s 22 1st. If CGY misses the playoffs but Eichel plays 30 games it becomes CGY’s 22 2nd.
If Eichel is used via the Kucherov trick, the pick is also made CGY’s 1st if they advance to the 2nd round. If Eichel misses the season the FLA 22 2nd is sent to Buffalo.

As for the 2023 1st
If Eichel plays in 50% of the games or gets 50pts + then it is a Top 3 protected 1st. If both, it’s unprotected. In the event Eichel is injured unrelated to his neck and thus is incapable of accomplishing either goal, it’s a Top 10 protected 1st. All protection push the pick to 2024.

Dallas is just going to LTIR Bishop. No need to trade him at this point. If he's healthy, Dallas has a top-10 caliber goalie in the crease & they try to move Khudobin or Holtby. If he's not healthy, they LTIR him & recoup his cap hit
