That's not what the lineup would look like at all. RNH to #2C, Ryan and McLeod/Shore as bottom 6C Turris is RW now unless Oilers get like 3 centers injured.

All the additions made upfront plus additional growth internally probably finish similar to what they were last year the biggest issue it would cause is wouldn’t see the step forward we are expecting to see.

They'd still make the playoffs no problem, then do a Tampa Bay special when he returns off of LTIR and go super over the cap in the playoffs

Pundits aren't playing the games. They made the playoffs last season because they were in the weakest division in the league, and missed playoffs the three seasons prior. Doesn't really matter where pundits have them.
