I could take or leave Ryan at this point. He has good hands but his skating which has never been great really has deteriorated alot. I have no idea what they do with raymond. I think he should stay and vrana being out does open the door. The hill Ill die on this preseason is that Joe (f-ing) Veleno is absolutely an nhl player and deserves to be on this roster. Hes done everything he can to earn a spot.

Is Leddy really better than Hronek?

He probably is but woud steve rather extend leddy or move him to a playoff team for the 26th or 28th pick in the first round of next years draft.

I agree wether he is or isn't better than Hronek I'd be good with Yzerman extending him or getting a 1st for him works as well.

I have been a fan of Leddy for a long time and was really hoping Detroit would acquire him long before they actually did. Made a bunch of AGMs doing it as well lol. But if they can get a first round pick for him I would say let him go. I would maybe try to resign him in the off season, I bet he gets a decent offer somewhere else though if he plays well and there aren't a ton of talented defencemen in free agency next year in my opinion. I would be happy if he resigned though just as well.
