As an Ottawa fan I say "please do", it would make your 2nd line far less productive than having Bunting in that spot.

Also if you could put Adam Brooks on waivers today, I'd appreciate it, Ottawa could really use a pivot for their bottom 6.

NO way!

Engvall has all the tools to be a really effective player. He just doesn't use them. Far too many bad habits and not enough on ice intelligence.

He is a bottom of the lineup forward because of those reasons.

Not sure it's the best spot for him but he's better than many give him credit for. He's got all the tools but hasn't put it together consistently

Personally I want Bunting there. More skill and finishing ability and some grit/protection for the second line

When pre-season games are making you switch from wanting to trade a guy to wanting to see him in the top 6 within a week or so, you need to take them less seriously.

The problem with Engvall in the top 6 is he doesn't think the game particularly well. He gains the zone well but he also follows that up with a lot of shots from bad positions leading to possession changes. I don't mind it as much on a 3rd or 4th line but I'd hate to see the top 2 lines getting yeeted out of the zone by Engvall's bad choices.

For example, this is a very Engvall type of rush:
