What an absolutely terrific win. Terrific offense-aside from the 4 goals, they rang 6 POSTS, and put nonstop pressure on Vladar-who was terrific and kept Calgary in it until the 3rd, then the wheels came off, largely in part thanks to a PHENOMENAL (but unsurprising) return from Kuch, 2 beautiful assists to Pointer and Palat, and he generated a bunch of pressure on the PP too. The D was terrific, gave Vasi his lightest workload in a while and he took it happily, cruising as usual. What a fantastic all-around game. It may have only been 4-1, but that was a thumping. Here's to hoping that continues Saturday night against the Bruins.

Just got outplayed by the Bruins for too much of the game. Vasi didn't have his best night, and wasn't helped by the D giving up wide open chances in abundance. Offensively, they were buzzing in the 1st but couldn't solve Ullmark, were lackadaisical in the 2nd, and while they came back to make a game of it in the 3rd, it was too little too late-not to mention that the PP wasn't nearly as dangerous as it was against Calgary (even though they didn't score on the PP in that game either, they generated far more pressure). Here's to hoping they get back on track and come out strong Monday against the Devils.

Anybody think Mathieu Joseph is the future 3C. He was stellar against the Bruins.

I was only likely loosely watching tonight, so I didn't notice anything other than the L.

I presume 3C for Joseph assumes Colton moves up to second line wing?
