I wouldn't do it if I was Boston. OK Senyshyn has no value and maybe Zboril has less than I thought but why would they move DeBrusk for a more expensive player who isn't better?

Only reason I could think is his ability to play C, which is a bit of a weakness for Bruins now that Krejci has left.

White will miss almost the whole 2021-22 season, this thread is for 2022-23 which gives the Bruins another season/off-season to find a solution. They should explore a different one than White

MacAvoy and DeBrusk get more, Wagner May never come back, Thornton, Giordano and Subban will retire before they go to Boston, Chicago gets a better offer elsewhere IF they deal Dach, the White deal favors Ottawa heavily since JDB and Zboril will most likely improve before this happens and Clifton will fade into obscurity if he doesn’t improve tremendously in the 21/22 season.
