    Foligno took a 1st for 1/4 of a shortened season. I’m thinking Forsberg for a whole season will take more than this and a B prospect.

    It's a deadline move not now. I did forget to put that.

    Also Dubas isn't paying a 1st+ for a rental like that again.

    Forsberg is a top winger in the league, and will be highly sought after if he hits the open market. Hes got a great shot and has been Nashville's best forward for years. When you acquire him, not only do you get his skillset, but you also get first dibs on negotiating with what would have been one of this year's big fish free agents. I like SDA, but he is a B-tier prospect. That and a first doesnt not get you Forsberg alone, forget retention

    He's a pure rental. Leafs don't care about negotiation rights. They can always flip him at the draft (I know they won't but who cares) for negotiation rights or Forsberg can just go back to Smashville. You're not getting 2 1sts an A prospect, a B prospect etc etc for a rental. I don't care who he is. Okay maybe a Crosby or McDavid if they were up this year. Lol

    Also "a top winger"??? Maybe 5 years ago when Preds were stacked. I don't think he breaks my top 10-15 now.
