Oettinger gonna win the Vezina from the bench

Wow. Nill & Co managed to build the worst roster they could.

With all of their « great » experience, they bring 3 goaltenders. This has never never never worked in the NHL.

You can see now the great BS that they gave to reporters:

. We want Oettinger to play a lot
. We want 3 scoring lines
. We want Benn at center
. We work with duos (Like Benn and Gurianov)
. Peterson is incredible and doesn’t play like a rookie (what the hell Back is doing in the NHL?)

I love this team but I am so tired of all the BS and the lack of strategy adapted to the modern NHL.

The best thing that could happen that we go down early with a pitiful start and that Nill and Bowness gets canned.

Apparently they did all of this to get as close to the cap as possible to maximize Bishop’s LTIR usage or something like that. Go look at my other thread which is what I think should’ve happened, it’s closer to the cap than whatever this is.

haha yea it was just some cap manipulation peterson and kivi should both be in the opening night roster

- Kiviranta will be on the opening night roster
- Peterson will be on the opening night roster
- Back and Kero will be sent down
- Oettinger will be sent down (still the absolute dumbest move of the offseason was signing Holtby)
- Robertson & Comeau are not expected to play on opening night due to injury

Ya I know, I kind of overreacted at first because it didn’t make sense, but now I somewhat get it.

I’m willing to do a gentlemen’s bet that Holtby will be better than Dobby. Dumbest move this offseason was not moving Dobby.
