fantasy all based on points though and every defenceman he has but muzzin run their teams first line powerplay. chychrun, klingberg, petry were all in the top 12 for defenceman scoring last season. the forward core is stacked he has 3 of the top 10 scorers in the league with marchand, kane and pasta. nylander and guentzel are no slouches either

Quoting: Radu47
Lots of forwards who either are elite
Or play beside elites regularly
Nifty
I'm guessing Kaapo takes a big jump
Especially with their RW situation so weak
Took a chance on guys like McCann, Eklund, and Comtois.
I see McCann as Seattle’s William Karlsson (I think he can break out and become a 60+ point guy)
With a bigger role, I can see Comtois taking a spot on the first line.
Eklund is Eklund. Last time I played fantasy, I picked up Pettersson for his rookie season and he sure did not disappoint

eklund isn't much of a risk honestly with kane most likely never playing for san jose again their LW's are balcers, leonard and eklund that will be the top 3 lines. if im san jose id rather develop my 18 yr old future star with hertl and meier or labanc rather then trying to develop 23 and 24 yr old balcers and leonard. wouldn't be surprised if eklund put upwards of 45+ points in a full 82. i have him as my second favourite to win calder, zegras 1, swayman 3, pinto 4, seider 5, caufield 6. yes i know caufield 6 is a reach but i wanna see how durable he will be in a full season people will learn to take advantage of his small stature and yes i know many small players have succeded in the league ex. marchand, gaudreau, martin st louis more recently but all those guys also had either a few inches on him or 30+ pounds
