I think it is. Even as a NYR fan I don’t see these values. It’ll be a good trade still since kravtsov is still a good player, but this isn’t a good look for the rangers since two top 10 picks did this to them within 4 years

Edit: a dream target at this point would be a player like turcotte who’s been moving down prospect rankings

Kravstov would be best used for a serviceable NHL player/ trade package. I don’t see many teams willing to offer more than a 2nd/ prospect type value for a guy who didn’t crack a kinda weak Rangers forward depth (not slighting the Rangers with that comment).

So it’s best if they used a package for a top 6/ C package with Vitali involved. Because he’s a nice project piece to acquire but not worth losing a top prospect when Kravstov himself is a prospect kinda.
