Would be a dumb move for Holland to move his first for a huge gamble instead of a TDL upgrade for a win now team.

Not a chance Edmonton does that. The guy literally didn't make the Rangers roster. He's not worth a 1st.

There isn't a lot out there that the oilers could bring in that wouldn't put them over the cap and isn't a rental. I think a cost controlled future top6 winger is worth it over a prospect that won't even make the team until 2024/2025

Personally I'd rather keep Broberg over our first this year, and people are already saying the first is an overpay. Not to mention the Rangers have lots of D prospects

I doubt any team pays a 1st for him, I don't think the rangers have enough leverage to force that return.
