Why on Earth would Buffalo trade a 20-30 goal scorer in the NHL for a guy who thinks he's good enough for the NHL but has done absolutely nothing to prove it?

The Eichel trade is fine

The trade value in the Monahan deal is leaning way to far towards MTL. A late 1st, a so far disappointing prospect in Poehling, a shot in the dark in Brook and a 2nd for Monahan(50%), Miller(50%) a 3rd and 5th isn’t exactly a great overall deal. To be honest does MTL even need Monahan?

Lastly the Olofsson trade is a huge no; you don’t trade legitimate NHL scorers for head cases who are only potential NHL scorers.
