Chychrun and Turcotte

Created by: RobinBergdahl
Team: 2022-23 Minnesota Wild
Initial Creation Date: Oct. 14, 2021
Published: Oct. 14, 2021
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Would this trade make sence? Min bolster their Young center depth and LA gets a Young scoring winger. LA already have an aboundence of young C and Ive got the feeling that Turcotte aint untoucheble.

I would also look to move Zucc Just to create more space in terms of cap and the roster. I doubt he would waive for any team tho. That forwardcore is Young and filled with elite talent. I would not mind Bill to try and aquire a good LHD to pair with Addison, maybe Chyc?
Note* Decided to Pull of a trade for him!

Please give me your thoughts!

My gosh stop while you are ahead. No Turcotte would not. He's not even accomplished more than Rossi. You are absolutely either clueless, or you wouldn't be saying Turcotte who took a step back is better than ek, or Rossi, ek.

Much like the comment that Minnesota should take all of it. No, Minnesota shouldn't abd won't because it's horrible sided in not Minnesota's favor. Just tell me you have no idea what you are talking about, or not trying to be mean but trolling

Sorry i am not really sure what you are trying to say at the end of your comment but the hockey news has Rossi at 18 and Turcotte at 14, and that's just one site many more have Turcotte as the better player that's not a diss to Rossi but having a one - two punch of a center of Turcotte and Rossi is quite good, But imho and lot's of the other peoples opinion that don't cheer for the wild Turcotte is the better player i am going to be honest with you Eriksson Ek is 2b type of center if your challenging for a cup you would prefer to have him on your 3rd line He really has put up comparable numbers to Yanni Gourde who was Tampa's 3rd line C in their most recent cup run

Dumba is a cap dump? Minnesota needs to pay to rid of him? What an absolute ignorance comment, or you are trolling. Like nothing you have said make any sense

And yes Dumba is a cap dump he is purely an Offensive Dman who can't score anymore he really doesn't have good numbers while being very subpar defensively, while not getting along with the old leadership group in Minny, He's very overpaid for what he brings

You aren't worth replying to . To say Turcotte who did nothing @ Wisconsin, and hasn't done anything in nhl is better than selke player in ek us laughable and shows you don't know anything about Minnesota. It's also laughable you are going off article to describe how good a player is in Turcotte over Rossi, basically admitting and showing you aren't serious

I bring up the hockey writers article to show other people agree with me, I think you got some homer glasses on right now, also when was eriksson ek nominated for the selke?

I have inside information, he didn't get along with the old leadership group that's why he was always in the rumour mill, they decided to go in other direction and bought the old group which was probably the wrong move and may I ask how I am trolling or don't watch hockey? I am wrong did he have a good numbers last year?

JEE was 4th in Selke votes last year. I take the Selke from last year with a grain of salt (even more so than usual) though due to how the season happened. It's a still a name recognition award and it's hard to get into that mix to get the 1-3 place votes.

Lots of things went into Dumba being in trade rumors all the time. Expansion drafts, always having an excess of d-man/prospects, bad fit for Yeo's system, but mainly he was one of the few moveable players that high trade value.

I have no doubts that Dumba and the Koivu/Parise/Suter leadership butted heads. The locker room issues were noted at different times, but names weren't mentioned specifically. I don't think it was the reason it was why he was on the trade block, but more of a reason he wasn't untouchable for trade talks.

Ah i didn't realize he was 4th, but your right it was kinda of a weird season if he gets into the top 5 again this year i'll eat my words on him happily, Shortten seasons are just so hard to take into account for players, I am not saying that there was just one factor leading to the Dumba rumors like you said there are many factors and i still feel the wild would trade him if a package they liked came along, I really do believe they can use his cap space to improve the team in other ways

I don't think he's untouchable at all. I just think the ask is way to high for anyone to pay. GMBG values him as the player he was before he got injured a couple years ago, not the player he's been the last 2 years.

I agree, i am not sure if he is valuable i know the cost a few years ago was a Boeser out of Vancouver, But things have obvousily changed I value him as a cap dump now but wouldn't be suprised to see a team toss a second at him
