short answer yes - Sabres fans may correct me but i believe if and when Buf trades Eichel they will need $$$ players to get to the cap floor, so Boston should in theory be able to move enough cap to "fit" him. Whether BOS has the assets or Buf has the desire to do business with them is a different question.
