I wouldn't be surprised if Fox wants something in 5-6 year range. He could really cash in on an 8 year deal when the cap is rising again.

Hajek is probably more of a candidate not to receive a QO than a trade.

If it’s 6 years I’m not giving more than $9-9.5 mil. I don’t really care what happens to Hajek, I just don’t see him being around next year.

That would probably be right on Fox. RFA years are cheaper than UFA years. He could easily make up for a lost million per season on his next deal (assuming he bets on himself to maintain his level).

Not gonna lie. I prefer 8 years cause that takes him to 31-32 versus a 6 year deal taking him to 29-30. Not tryna pay him $11-12 mil for 8 years once he’s 30 no matter how good he is.

Why the heck is Minnesota in this? None of those players have much value besides Alexander G, and Krav. None of those are a need for Minnesota

Thank you. I clearly state they can be moved anywhere and that I don’t see them back next year.

Yeah next year is really tough. Gonna need a buyout to stretch it I think.

Fox damn well better take a hometown discount if he refuses to play for any team but the Rangers anyway.

This under the normal assumption of overpaying everyone, which we always do for some reason. And based on his importance to the team, we can’t lose him.

I doubt it was
Normally everyone just uses Anaheim to dump players
This was just an excuse to complain like usual

Don’t know what to tell you cause the post before mine had Minnesota as one of the trading teams, but I know for a damn fact that I never did. Good luck to you.
