This could work as a three way trade after eichel NMC kicks in. Coyle isn’t waiving for buffalo though

I would be really surprised if they trade Eichel to an Eastern team

Boston isn't no dark horse on Jack Eichel, First off that doesn't get him. very doubtful Adams even deals Eichel within the division he pretty much said he isn't. And bottom line Boston doesn't have the pieces to land him.

Coyle is negative value tho

Just a good 3rd line C at that money with clauses 😬

No contenders can rationalize his cap hit

No bad teams want a 29 year old like that

His term is too long for retention as well

He could waive he knows that hes going to get traded again. Kinda like Olli Jokinen when he was traded from NSH to TOR in 2014

I never understood that logic. If youre going to be a rebuilding team, Eichel will be far past his prime before BUF will be good. Makes zero sense to leave a better deal on the table because you don't want to face him 2 times rather than 5 lmao

Bruins lack the prospect depth to acquire him, plus he will probably get moved to the West unless some East team really ups their offering price

Yeah, i thought the same thing, i think teams look for guys like coyle come playoff time, but 4 additional years at over 5 per, thats not a guy i wanna have to sell.

Lysell is good, Studnicka isnt anything special, he was just their best because of how weak the prospect pool was

He was the Bruins best forward in camp. The only logical reason for not breaking camp with the team is the Bruins refusing to admit they made mistakes this off-season

Sure except only one of them is included in the trade and it wouldn't make sense for a team with only 2 good prospects to trade them both away
