You can't accrue cap space while you are using the LTIR relief pool, if you are not under the cap when fully healthy you wont gain gain cap when using LTIR

I don't know who Foerester is, but BUF has to be getting way better offers than this. They already have their JVR project in Jeff Skinner. And even with retention, it doesn't work on the cap at all

I guess it'd have to be in the offseason after Claude walks

Remove the retention and I'd consider. Frost is not looking like a grade A prospect anymore. Would be asking for Brink instead
