Bertuzzi if lucky might return one late 1st round pick but he's definitely not returning 2 1st rounders, Being unvaxxed will definitely lower his value even if he were to put up a 60-70 point season. And Yzerman has said that he wont be moved for futures. We will want at least a 22 year old NHL ready player with similar attributes to Bertuzzi.

A healthy and vaccinated Bert gets two 1sts. But I dont know any team who will part with that for a player who isnt vaccinated. Hes a good top 6 forward who plays physically, but Philly probably cant afford and theyd probably have to return JVR in that deal....

But still unvacinnated is tough to get close to actual value...

PHI might do a 1st, prospect like Jay Obrien or Isaac Ratcliffe and JVR.

I can definitely see a protected 1st and a B prospect for Bert (with the protection being top 15 or top 20), but the vax issue is huge. Still think he's gets vaxxed before he's a UFA, since 1/3 of his market would be gone if not.

Maybe a single first rounder, given that he can't play in canadian games
