Not that bad though. 3 dangerous lines and a shutdown line

why? greener wont break off pearson from horvat, so youre either getting hoglander or miller of the third line. This way, dickinson is able to move down to 4th line with purely shutdown minutes, and third line is enabled to provide some offense

Miller is too integral on the top line. He provides great defensive awareness to allow Pettersson to play his game. He's got 4 points in 3 games. Ever hear of don't try fix things that aren't broken? This is a prime example.

dont shoot the messenger! I just saw something that stated that Miller was practicing with the centers today. Figured I'd try and make a mock lineup assuming he was playing C

But also depth wins championships. Miller and Petey have shown that they can be put back together after time away and produce. It's early in the season. Why not tinker with the lineup. Especially with Bowser back.

Side note. I'm not sure which is a worse duo. Komorov-Barzal or Pearson-Horvat.

yup. so tired of seeing pearson stuck to horvat. Seems like pearson was signed just to show the team they weren't letting everyone from the bubble go. After the shock of losing tanev, toff, and marky, Benning just had to prove he could retain UFAs

Hoglander is fine on the 3rd line

One dedicated scoring line also wins in the playoffs, and that's what the Canucks have in Miller-Pettersson-Boeser
