The first one did an oopsie so it had to go to the forever box

I would have thought we could have used one thread all year long. The off-season thread got to page 507, so we can go farther than 124.

Nah, it's probably just that long threads can take up a lot of space or something other computing reason, last year, the regular season threads would go up to around 20 pages, then, there'd be a new one and we'd start over

What are some active examples of players who only became all-star/elite in their very late 20s or early 30s? I have Wheeler, Marchand, Giordano and Petry in mind.

Many Russians in the 90's who were playing in Russia before coming over probably would fit this perfectly

When McDavid is not generating points and is stopped by the other team thats when his weakness begins to show as often his frustration leads to really bad penalties as often through him doing so the other team often scores on the PP.

Elbowing, Crosschecking, Tripping, You name its hes done it.

That 3 game stint against Toronto where the Oilers got shutout twice was a good demonstration of it.

In all seriousness, would Chychrun who has been off to a rough start on a bad team (got me a -12 last night) be worth dropping for a guy like Couture who went undrafted?

I would be inclined to say absolutely lol, I stayed away because despite being a talented finisher by defenseman standards, Chychrun would have been due for a regression this year regardless of if Arizona improved, and they got significantly worse.
