Well Monahan will go back unless they trade Gaudreau i guess, but Monahan makes so much more sense

I don't think this is an issue. There are probably two dozen teams that would be interested in adding a guaranteed 20 goal, likely near 30 goal top 6 C, and one down year riddled by injury won't change the thinking of any GM, especially because injuries are to blame and double especially because he's on a good contract with 2 years left. Only idiots in ACGM think Monahan all of a sudden has no value. Top 6 centres are the rarest breed to come by, and the only reason it makes sense for Calgary to trade him at all is because they would hypothetically be replacing him with Eichel.

I remember on a ACGM post Bruins fans were saying they'd need some sort of compensation to take on Monahan's full cap hit lol.

Jarvis still not in the projected lineup smh

He's gotta play somewhere, right?

Hopefully we either toss him in for a couple of games soon or at least send him back to the Winterhawks just to get some games in.

I honestly dont get what they are doing with him

They wanted to send him to the AHL but the NHL stopped them as he was not old enough

K, so send him to the WHL, no no hes to good for it and it will hurt his development

OK let him play with the canes, mmmmmm sure...Wait no no no dont want a year of his ELC gone

So in the end they are hurting his development more so then helping it as even if they allow him to play 9 games what difference does that make. Send him to the WHL and let him play
