On what planet does TB trading their best player at their weakest position on a great contract make any sense? Especially when they draft and develope forwards like they are a factory. This for TB may be one of the 5 worst trades I've seen on here.

Ok, that wasn't the point Cernak was just the first d man I could think of at RD that I would want and Rosen is expandable for a RD so I made a trade. Not saying it's fair or makes sense it was more just a...Position of Need/players we have to get rid of.

I dont think the Sabres-Eichel relationship can be salvaged

The value still isn't close Cernak easily pulls a 1 + or Julian Brisebois laughs at the calling GM and hangs up.

Cernak isn't worth 14th OA pick. Rosen is an intriguing prospect, we could just trade for Borgen and have a player who serves Cernak's purpose at a fraction of the cost

What a mess

Im gonna ignore that awful trade and just pretend it was a coy to get us to click. I dont think thats the best option. Jack is probaly just done with Buffalo at this point. first they completly butcher their rebuild and have to start over. Their front office was a mess last season. They deny him his surgery and to rub salt in it, strip him of capt. If I was him id demand out. Their best option is to trade him for good picks/prospects to speed up their rebuild around their new conerstone guys Dahlin, Power and whoever else they want.
