The Sabres are getting basically nothing and adding Asplund. Arvidsson is also 29 next year with only 2 years left

I can’t see any reason Winnipeg does this. No big free agents to target as they have all signed extensions recently and there appears to be enough money coming off the books to sign PLD and should definitely be enough the following year. Chevy is a CAP master and can’t see him doing this

WOEFULLY inadequate return to Buffalo. And this is coming from one of the leading anti-Eichel-trade advocates on CapFriendly.

Without even discussing the pitiful jack Eichel trade attempt here, isn’t Bryan Little essentially retired? It was my expectation that he is never going to play again. Buffalo does not need to inherit his LTIR contract.
