i think Seider is one of the few true untouchable prospects in the nhl

I like how a Penguins fan, Honestly think that those pieces would get the best RHD Prospect in the league. Toronto doesn't have anything we'd want for Moritz seider.

I bet you any money, That Marner and Nylander in Detroit. Wings would win a cup before the Leafs. You can have Bertuzzi. only problem is he wont be playing for the Leafs anytime soon.

i bet if you were to put the current leafs team in any other jersy they would win the cup. its the jersey and logo holding them back

no, in my opinion a franchise center is more important than a franchise D man, i wouldn't do Matthews for makar straight up

Franchise Dman and Franchise Centers kind of go hand in hand. Look at any cup winner over the last 10 years.

Hedman/point, petro/ROR, backstrom/carlson, crosby/letang, toews/keith, kopitar/doughty, bergeron/chara. they all had elite goaltending at the right time as well.

I don't know one is more rare than the other. Being the best C or the best D on your team doesn't make you a franchise D or C. We have played 3 game it's bit soon.
