CHI and BUF don't consider those offers.

I don't see the logic behind the Rask signing (can't see him playing anywhere but BOS if he returns anyway), or the TB & NJ proposals for the Preds. NSH isn't in any sort of position to be giving up futures for aging depth players right now.
