Minnesota says no to 1st deal! Fiala is worth more than a prospect especially one who hasn't done anything much

Rangers can be anyone here. Greenway is worth a 2nd. With simple fair value trades like these, you can generally assume it’s less about your team receiving X player and more about the ACGM team.

I mean it's only been two years. He was drafted in 2019, since then he's gone pro and has a gold medal in the world juniors on the top line. What would you say if someone said Rossi was a prospect who hasn't done anything much?

If Turcs is on the table, I’m listening. I’d like another piece as well but I think Wild fans will be very happy with this move in a couple years.

*top line on the world juniors team. He was also over a PPG in the AHL last year.

Want to avoid cap hell? Don't sign Carter and Gologski to 7.25m

Don't listen to this guy: he disagrees with every trade proposal ever. A basic troll, who has been banned multiple times but always makes a new account...

You may not have the option with his modified NTC next season if one of the teams he'll go to isn't interested.

Minor thing, but why do people keeping suggesting Kahkonen will get around $2m when he's been so inconsistent on having horrible games where he lets in 5 or more goals. It seems like teams have figured him out so if that can't be corrected, the Wild may be looking for a different backup long before they give him that much.

$3m for Goligoski isn't bad if it's only for a year. Ideally they'd have a rookie ready to step up on an ELC who can play on a pair with Spurgeon (Brodin 2.0 basically) but that's asking a lot. Paying $4.25m for a 3rd line wing isn't ideal though for a team with $12m in dead cap.
