Maybe on a 7 year term? Could take less on 8? I dunno. He obviously owes the Isles nothing but I can't see Lou signing a defenseman for more than Pulock ($6.15) and Pelech ($5.75) just got.

i'd imagine that he'd get around 46M in total, meaning thats $6 571 428 on a 7 year deal, and 5.75 on an 8 year deal. so i mean if lou wants to sign lindholm for same as pelech then sure

Yeah, I hate to say it, but it looks like Bailey’s lost a step.

I doubt Lou would be comfortable with giving Räty a roster spot so soon. I’d see either Golyshev or Bellows getting a third line spot next year instead.

I’d also hope Wahlstrom could get that first line spot by next year. He’s a hell of a play driver and he can clearly make plays happen. I’d love to consistently see him with Barzy.

Bellows STINKS. We need to move him before teams realize it lol - I'd add Holmstrom to your list as well.

Trotz had very high praise for Raty. While Lou has control of the roster if something is close I'd like to think Louwould take Barry's opinion on what he would prefer. Depending how Karpat finishes their season we may see Raty in BPT by the spring. We'll have close eyes on him to know if he's potentially ready by next year

If not Bellows, then it’d be Golyshev. He’s had a good KHL career and both Räty and Holmström aren’t going to be ready by next year imo
