Yeah which is why Ottawa shouldn't do this. White will bring way more value into the lineup when he's healthy than Matheson does. Also Mete for Clang makes no sense either, Ottawa doesn't need another goalie prospect

Massive LD logjam in Ottawa too :

Thomas Chabot (here to stay)
Jake Sanderson (comes right after his college season)
Nick Holden (UFA to be but is still pretty decent
Erik Brannstrom (will be traded because LD logjam)
Victor Mete (super young, fast and cheap, good in transition)
MDZ (they signed him 2 years and most Sens fans don't even understand why)
Tyler Kleven (they are extremely high on this guy)

Matheson is also not really good, like MDZ, I don't want to see any of them play 20 mins.

On the other hand Colin White is pretty decent and underrated because was slightly overpaid right away. He's also Chabot's best friend and everyone likes him a lot.

Mete is like I said, super young, fast and cheap, good in transition, pretty decent defensively. He just sucks offensively
