15 Team scouts were in attendance tonight likely watching Strome and clearly Chicago was showcasing Strome for the scouts. Teams were; Anaheim, Arizona, Boston, Buffalo, Calgary, Florida, Minnesota, Montreal, Nasville, Islanders, Pittsburgh, Seattle and Winnipeg.

Clearly this could get interesting as it's reported Bowman wants a higher end prospect and could see something like this potentially happening.

Strome didn't crack the Blackhawks season opening roster and they've played really poorly. I'd be amazed if the Hawks get anything but a 2nd rounder for him.

If it could just end up being Top-10, I’d be happy. Season CBJ started 0-7 they finished 4th worst, ended up picking 3rd OA.

That's not because Strome isn't a top 6 forward for Chicago along with Cat, Kubalik, Dach, Kane and Toews, it's because of asset protection. They showcased him last night and he almost had a goal off a hot to handle feed from Cat and created two high danger shots off of feeds to Toews and Cat so looked good.

He was playing mostly top 6 until his concussion and ankle injury. Our juniors level coach doesn't like his game, the analysts and fans are dumbfounded by it.
