I feel like some Isles fans are still living in a world where Bellows was a decent prospect. 4 years later, he's a 23 year old who hasn't done a thing.

So, the way I see the offer:
Bellows is 23 and hasn't done anything yet.
Komarov is a dump. Hickey is as well. Taking either is a favor that you'd need to pay for.
The 2nd will be late.
The 3rd will be late.

And, you're also asking the Ducks to retain 50%. The package is essentially a bag of magic beans in exchange for the Ducks best dman.

Retention = the 3rd
Komarov = the 2nd
Lindholm >>> Bellows

Lindholm plus 50% retention = 2022 first plus Simon Holmstrom

The value is simply not there for ANA in this trade. They are essentially getting a 3rd and Bellows for a 50% retained Lindholm? Just doesn't make any sense from ANA's side.

Gonna need a 1st as a start for Lindholm.
