Great to go all-in, but with these two trades, the Panthers will be sitting with $1.3666 mil in cap space for 22-23 (Assuming $82.5 mil cap), with only 15 players signed. By simply qualifying Strome, they'd be well over the cap. As nice as having Dunn would be, the Cats simply can't afford to be taking on salary and moving out solid prospects on ELC's like Denisenko.

Yeah...I mean, only way that works is with a buyout. Think I'd be waiting for a bit more cap certainty (Say, 2023?) before I went that route.

On the flip side, he's actually been very good to start this season. Wouldn't be surprised at all if he and Knight win the Jennings.

Edit: And I guess my thoughts on the buyout-The Panthers save around $3 mil in cap...can you replace Bob cheaper and not have a huge downgrade? There's no in-house solution at this point.
