You have all the prospects & picks going the wrong way in the Edmonton deal. The only way Ken Holland even picks up the phone is if you throw in Suzuki, Caufield and Romanov.

With Price's injury problems, I don't see many teams willing to take on that contract even at 25% retained. The fact Seattle passed shows his value right now. Price when he's healthy is still a top notch goalie but can't afford to have a cap hit and term like that while being overly injury prone.

Is that Blues trade supposed to be a joke? You haven't even begun to pay for the retention by itself (which is absolutely not happening anyway). And that's to say nothing of the valuable four-piece package you want for one year of a meh defender the Blues don't need and a 3x3.4M cap dump. That may be the most ridiculous offer I've ever seen on here.

He'll get Kane and DeAngelo in the same day and when Bowman is (finally) fired in Chicago Bergevin will sweep in and hire him as HR manager.
