Scandella isn't the kind of player we'd be looking for in a Lindholm trade, but I understand he's almost required due to the Blues' cap situation. Without that, Perunovich and a first is more along the lines we'd be thinking.

That's not enough for Eichel, and I don't think that we have enough tradeable AND SURPLUS assets to acquire him.

The other trades are fine with me, although I 'm not a Kravtsov fan.

Honestly, I have no idea how the Blues would react to that. For me personally, I'm not interested in shelling out so much and then trying to find extra cap space for his extension, if not also blocking Perunovich. That may just be me, as I know plenty of Blues fans have a big problem with Scandella.

Yeah, that's not happening.

No, Not a chance from Minnesota. Minnesota has Adam Beckman, and Matt boldy who are ready along with connor dewar and others. Winger isn't a need. Minnesota is the wrong team. Calen Addison isn't going anywhere As before 20 to 30 games, Calen addison will take over 6d for Minnesota. Sorry, No deal. Rik also isn't getting that worth

Yeah, we don't need Rakell unless he's coming over as a center. If it's as a winger, he isn't necessary. Both Boldy and Beckman are near ready for the NHL and both would be on ELCs.

Furthermore, Rakell isn't worth giving up a top 50 prospect for. Swap out Addison for someone else and we might consider it. Rossi, Boldy, Beckman, Addison, Wallstedt, Khusnutdinov, Lambos are all or most likely off the table. If you want a defenseman I would suggest looking at Daemon Hunt. He may be a lefty but he can and does play the right side.

Not enough for Lindholm. Not enough for Eichel. Too much for Manson. Too much for Rakell(I think Addison is very highly rated). And the Kravtsov trade isn’t bad I just wouldn’t give up pick 35-38 for him.

I like McTavish, but need add, we also need to return 5-6 million back so that we get to the floor and the league allows trade.

I don't think Rakell holds that much value anymore. He's 4 years removed from his 30g seasons, last year was a bad year for him, and he is a rental. A 2nd+4th is all I think he'd fetch unless he turns it around.

I’d be all over this. Lindholm is a legit top pairing defenseman and the only player blocking Perunovich would be Mikkola. A top 4 of Lindholm-Parayko-Krug-Faulk is elite. I also think adding Lindholm this year as a rental takes us to the top tier of contenders. All that being said, I reckon Anaheim would want more.

I figured you would. Honestly, if we were getting 2018 Lindholm, I'd probably jump, too. But a bit of shine has come off Lindholm's apple the last couple seasons. Is that just the injuries? Is it him or playing with the Ducks? Probably a bit of all three. Maybe he goes back to normal with a good team like the Blues. I'm just not sure I want to gamble that much young talent capital (especially in a time when we're trying to beef the prospect pool back up) and the extra cap space needed to fit him in moving forward. I think there's options out there that are about as good for much less in trade cost/salary. My choice would be to grab Soucy.
