Yeah the pens are totally going to give up Carter for the same price they paid for him after he has been so great.

Actually leading into last year's TDL when the rumors were saying Dubas had a hard on for Foligno, I was suggesting J. Carter, who was also in various trade rumors.

Sorry, you mistaken my ACGM, it's meant to be a do over from last TDL. Hence not trading for Foligno and trading for J. Carter instead. So it's a LA trade.

Agreed to a certain extent. Last year the Leafs finished in the Top 10 for goals against, so I guess they're ? good ?

Should have had them keep Bogo. hmm...

Trading for McCann wasn't the problem at all. The problem with that whole thing was leaving him exposed to be taken. The trade to get McCann was friggin' great business.

Oh, I don’t disagree at all. I’m just happy it happened.

The trade was only made as a backup to losing Kerfoot. Without the trade, Kerfoot goes to Seattle. Plain and simple.

The only reason Carter accepted a trade was because it was to Pittsburgh where Hextall was running the team. Y’all wouldn’t have anything to convince him to waive his NTC. So you still wouldn’t get him over the pens.

Well he had a modified NTC, since he signed it with Phi, he has been traded 3 times now, to CBJ, to LAK, to Pit.

Cool story, Philly and Columbus sucked. He found a home in LA. Only left it cause if Hexy who he had in Philly, La, and how Pittsburgh.
