i feel like rangers accept but if kent johnson is somehow available, rangers would trade kravy+2nd+lesser prospect imo. maybe kravy+2021 2nd+ hunter skinner

Of course he's not available, but i've seen the asking price as "top prospect" and Kent is our top prospect.

foudy is still an amazing prospect and i love his game so i hope they would consider this

I have a feeling that with the logjam at winger that they won't pursue something like this, If they move foudy in a deal that nets a winger, I imagine its in a package with a couple of other guys as well

Its confusing for me since I was see "Emil Bemstrom" and think "Eric Brannstrom" and vice versa.

I’d be fine with the OTT trade. CBJ have too many F right now needing playing time, and trading Foudy for Kravstov wouldn’t change this problem, unfortunately.

Trading Bemstrom and moving Chinakhov back to the AHL (he’s looked a little lost in the NHL through a few games) could open up a spot, but I haven’t seen enough from Foudy at the NHL level to reliably say whether he’d be any better or worse Thant Kravstov, and vice versa.

Not trying to be mean but that isn’t close to Kent Johnson. Kent has much much more value than kravy and we would want a much better center piece than what your offering in that trade for Kent. Especially as a recent Top 5 pick.

Brannstrom is a LHD who plays the right side btw. Just like Kukan. Columbus only has the 2 RHD in Boqvist and Peeke and adding Brannstrom doesn’t change that.

Also does Columbus really need another wing? We have too many of them already. Plus likely adding Johnson, and Marchenko at the end of the season, when their seasons are over.

Just a thought, the Jackets have had so many malcontents and holdouts over the years…going all the way back to Filatov, Johansson, Anderson, Dubois, etc etc etc, why should we ever take on someone else’s malcontent???
Plus, I think Bemstrom is probably the better player than Kravtsov.
