Description

One of the very few teams I could see Kane waiving for is Buffalo if they are in position to compete in the playoffs. It's early, but Buffalo is looking decent.

Eichel will never get back to 100% but he should get back to 90% and his neck should be okay in the first few years or more. However, the risk is another injury to his neck obviously and physical contact can very much be problematic resulting in revision surgery. Having had the same surgery he is facing, the gamble is high. Regardless, he's out for this season and the Hawks suck anyway so nothing for them to lose this year with Eichel out and the gamble next year may be worth it.

Supply and demand. At the TDL, who knows if Jarry falls apart then Flowers makes a lot of sense. You can bet Chicago will be trading Flowers come the TDL and you can bet he will return a 2nd maybe more.

They are going to be respectful. Especially when Mittelstadt and Jokiharju come back, Jack Eichel is traded and the pieces are contributing, and they call up Samuelsson, Quinn, Peterka, Weissbach, Murray, UPL.

Cool, but teams looking for rentals don't typically do that (and for good reason). They don't subtract good players. Stop the Kapanen stuff. And no one is going to want Fleury if he's bad all season.
