I really don’t think Sandin is the guy for Chicago.

Obviously I don’t want to give him up, but also, CHI already has McCabe, Stillman, Jones, Beaudin and Kalynuk.

i feel toronto was gonna be despreate before the start of the year and after this start, Kid Gm and the rest are gonna be panicking because i feel if they don't get far in the playoffs this year, theirs is gonna be some head count off this offseason

I would hate to see Filip Lindberg go. And Riikola; he’s playing the point on the 1st unit PP in the AHL for the WBS Pens and all rave reviews so far this season with him being completely healthy.

But him being a UFA after this season, I think he moves on to a franchise where he’ll get a better opportunity. Sucks he was hurt last season when the Pens D was decimated with injuries(him being one of the injured D-men though).

But getting MAF(with 50% retention) and getting a 4th round pick back and only giving up a 7th, I think the Pens would have to make that trade.

Also because the depth at LHD with Dumoulin, Pettersson, Matheson, PO-J, and Cam Lee still.

But again, it would suck giving up Filip Lindberg(2 games, 2 wins, .098 GAA and .968 SV% so far in AHL this season).

I can't see the Pens making this trade. No need for MAF and Lindberg might be a find.

I’m a Sandin fan. Not Knocking him. Well kind of, but he still needs to get stronger. He got bullied on the break away last night against the Hurricanes. Lorentz is a big boy though. But he still needs to make that play.

Like I said, I’m still a fan, I think he’s gonna be fantastic offensively. Still not there defensively though. Still needs to get stronger.

I would hold onto him, at all cost, if I was the Leafs though. Especially with Rielly being an UFA after this season. And he’s still only 21 years old. At worst should be a really good 2nd pairing LHD.

I wish the Leafs would have resigned Bogs to still pair with him though. Dermott was a fantastic 7th D-man; especially playing both LHD/RHD. Can move into the 2nd or 3rd pairing and not a huge drop off if an injury or giving a player a night off.

I think pairing Sandin with Dermott night in and night out isn’t doing him any favors.

Kubalik and Debrincat. These two should be the only untouchables. I say that only because Dach pulls an Eddie O. and somehow the Hawks get American wonder boy for Canadian wonder boy?? Lol

Caps Decline. No reason to change the defense that is working right now
