Detroit wants nothing to do with this. We'll stay the path we're on, thanks. Hard pass.

Wings not in a position to trade 4 assets for one. I u understand Matthew is a supreme talent but not sure this is the Yzerman plan as it hurts both in cap, players on the ice and future picks.

Wrong, Detroit will accept that trade easily

Leafs would easily decline that trade

Zero chance the Illitch's let Larkin move via trade, unless he asks to move. They wouldn't move Steve to Ottawa (thank god), they wouldn't trade Zetterberg when they had a solid offer for him at the end of his career, the Red Wings don't trade captains, especially local guys like Larkin. That's why they have 4 in ~40 years, and 3 of them spent their entire careers with the team.

Steve won't move Raymond or Seider, so throw them into the Larkin lump. Everyone else is expendable.

Leafs lose that trade easily. If you want Matthews, add in Lucas Raymond

We don't want Matthews. It was a TOR troll that posted the trade.

Impartial bystander here, trade is a lose-lose. If the Leafs blow it up, they'll want to be immediately competitive again and this doesn't do enough to set them back on track to do so. If you're Detroit, Steve Y has done an absolutely excellent job in terms of pacing prospects into the NHL at the right time, managing cap space and picks well, etc, and this trade completely blows up everything they're trying to build right now

Yeah no they wont, Yzerman isn't dealing Larkin and 2 potential top 5 picks for Matthews who'd walk in a few years.

Detroit doesn't want Matthews, And the Leafs sure as hell aren't getting Lucas Raymond who's going to be the next Swedish Mitch Marner.

I mean, all told, that may objectively be a fair trade for Marner; but, I'd say he's too expensive, and that CHI pick is getting spicier and spicier.

Unless we trade Mayfield for an upgrade at LHD, we'd have no interest in Holl.

That .002 save percentage difference between Campbell and DeSmith is worth a 1st round pick to you? LOL, this is terrible.
