CBJ doesn't do that, they've just started some type of rebuild, they won't trade for Toews

Yeah, I echo the other comments here re: CBJ.

More generally, what would Toews’ trade value even be? 34 at the end of the season, $10.5M hit for next year, and a clear decline in production and increase in injury risk. Don’t see a market there, and for the market that could afford him, don’t see them giving up any substantive asset.
