Hertl is good but 4 firsts good, I’d rather have Chytil at 2C then.

That seems like much too much for Hertl even with a guaranteed extension, by about Othmann and this year's first.

Most extension talk which is 99% of the unfounded fantasy. Would make a lot more sense if the 23/23 was made with Hertl, Zibs new contract, and Fox's expected big contract.
Way too much for any team to give up in the trade.
