I'd take Namestnikov for like a 3rd and think he is a good target, but would pass on Gio for that price.

Namestnikov isn't really needed, but for a 4th or so maybe. Definite no on Giordano at anywhere near that price.

Gio is Seattle's captain so I have a hard time seeing them shipping him off this year even if they're selling at the deadline

That's a gross overpay for Gio and Namestnikov isn't needed, I don't mind either player but the Jets should pass on these deals.
