Kadri and Subban are not signing those contracts for the Leafs, both may have grown up in the GTA (Kadri in London and Subban in Belleville) but both also grew up Habs fans. You might get lucky and Kadri might sign for 3-4 mil cause he was drafted by the Leafs.

    1) this team is screwed if someone goes down for injury.
    2) Those Kadri and Subban contracts are a little more than just a hometown discount.
    3) This may be the only time in his career Jack Campbell is gonna get paid. I don’t believe he’s gonna undercut his value by that much to stay on this team after he saw what the fan base did to Freddy. They may love him now but that goes downhill very quick.

Isn't Campbell better than Mrazek? In that case he'll get paid more than him too.

Kadri said up and down when he was drafted that he grew up a Leafs fan. This is made up nonsense

I stand corrected. Either way, the leafs don't want him. He burned the bridge getting suspended in back to back playoffs and since he did it again last year, there is no reason to believe he's ever going to learn.
